"Growth and Trends of the Hispanic Population in Georgia and the Importance of its Participation in the 2010 Census"

Tony Valadez, Senior Partnership Specialist with the U. S. Census Bureau
"Tony Valadez is a Senior Partnership Specialist with the United States Census Bureau. In this role he is charged with building partnerships with local governments, businesses, and education and faith base organizations to improve the response rate and to have a complete count of the state of Georgia for Census 2010.
Tony retired from a 33 year career with Delta Air Lines, working in many areas of the corporation and in 6 different stations in the United States plus Puerto Rico and Spain. For the last five years Tony worked in public relations in-charge of developing relationships with Embassies, Consulates and Bi-National Chambers of Commerce representing Africa, Asia, The Caribbean and Latin America.
In the past 3 years Tony has served in the Board of Directors for the Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles California, The Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Salt Lake City UT, the Mexico-United States Chamber of Commerce in Washington D.C., The Ecuadorian American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta, The Chilean American Chamber of commerce in Atlanta, the Hispanic Contractors Association of Georgia in Atlanta and currently he is the Executive Director for the World Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta."
